Surveys and banners
Ask visitors a question, or put a line across your site, from the chat widget.

CustomersRecommended surveys and banners (top of each page; owners and admins): How did you hear about us? and Did you find it? until a survey asks them, NPS once you have 100 contacts and no NPS question; for banners, an offer banner while an offer is on, a notice when your opening hours are set, and Talk to us when the chat widget is on your site. Use this … opens New survey or New banner on that template; nothing shows on your site until you press Go live. The X hides a card for you.
Both are shown by the chat widget already on your site, so there is nothing to install. A survey is a small card above the launcher with one question at a time; a banner is a strip across the top or bottom of the page. Each has pages it shows on, a delay, how often, and who sees it (everyone, known visitors your site identified, or anonymous ones).
- Customers → Surveys → New survey. Pick a template (NPS, site satisfaction, “did you find it?”, pricing page, how did you hear) or start blank; edit the questions, the thank-you line and where it shows; Save draft.
- Press Go live. Open your site: the card appears after the delay you set. Answers appear under Results on the survey; an NPS answer is also saved on the contact as the nps property, so a segment can use it.
- Customers → Banners → New banner. Text, an optional button (a link or “open the chat”), colors, top or bottom; Save, Go live. Pause it from the same place; set an end date on an offer.
Question types: NPS (0–10, gives a Net Promoter Score), stars (1–5), multiple choice, free text. A visitor answers a survey once; closing it counts as dismissed. When several surveys or banners match a page, the first live one shows.
