Hi, do you have Add Maths for Form 4? My daughter is struggling.

Yes. Form 4 Add Maths runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 to 9:30 pm, with Mr. Raj. Fees are RM 180 a month. Would you like to book a free trial lesson first?

Yes, this Thursday

Thursday 8:00 pm, Form 4 Add Maths trial. There are 4 seats left. May I have your daughter's name?

Sofia Chen

Booked: trial lesson on Thursday at 8:00 pm for Sofia Chen. Your code is E8N5QA.

Do you do Chemistry too?

I don't have details on Chemistry classes, so I've asked our team to reply here.

Answers from your own material

Add your syllabus, timetable, fee schedule and policies under AI Agent → Knowledge → Data sources. A source can be a Google Doc, a Notion page, a file, a website page or pasted text. The assistant answers only from them. What it cannot answer goes to your team, and appears under Suggestions so you know what to add next.

Mark sources as public and they also become a help center parents can read without chatting.

Trial lessons and group classes

Choose Tuition, courses, workshops under Bookings → Settings → Your industry. The words become tutor, lesson and student, and the calendar becomes a timetable. One-to-one lessons are appointments with a tutor. Group classes and workshops are sessions with seats.

  • Questions to ask when booking, set per service, can collect the student's school or level.
  • A WhatsApp reminder goes to the phone number on the booking.
  • Workshops can be paid online through your own Stripe account.

Admissions enquiries

The School admission enquiry question set asks the child's age, year, intake, preferred curriculum, the parent's name and phone, then offers a visit. Its template quotes fees only from your sources, and hands off to a person if the child has special learning needs.

Setting it up

  1. Bookings → Settings → Your industry → Tuition, courses, workshops.
  2. Bookings → Resources → New for each tutor and classroom.

Questions

Can it answer in Malay or Chinese?

Yes. Under AI Agent → Configure → Languages, let it answer in any language the parent writes in, or fix a list.

Can parents check their child's lessons?

Yes. A parent can ask “when is the next lesson?” in the chat. The customer portal also lists their bookings once published.

Will it make up information about a course?

No. If a course or fee is not in your sources, it says so and hands the question to your team.

Can we message all parents about a new intake?

Yes, as a WhatsApp broadcast with an approved template to parents who opted in, or as an email newsletter.
