Question sets: qualify leads and run intakes
Questions asked one at a time, what counts as qualified, and what happens with the answers.

A question set is what the assistant does for one kind of request: a property enquiry, a loan application, a school admission, a new patient. It asks your questions one per message, maps the customer’s own wording onto your choices (“around 800k” becomes “500k to 1M”), records every answer on the customer’s profile, and then hands off, offers a booking, or carries on.
- AI Agent → Behavior → Question sets → start from a template (property, finance, schools, clinics, retail, venues) or New question set.
- Describe when it runs in one sentence. Add questions; tick “Counts as qualified” on any that decide something and mark the answers that qualify.
- Under What happens next, set the tag, the next step and the closing line for a qualified customer and for one who is not.
- Save. Every answer becomes a field on the customer; each completed run is listed under the question set with the answers and an Open chat pill.
TipFive to seven questions is the sweet spot. Test it in the Playground with the words a real customer would use, including one who answers two questions at once.
