AI Agent

Products: from Shopify, or your own catalog

What the assistant searches before it talks about a product, a price or stock.

With a Shopify store connected (Integrations), the assistant searches products, prices and stock live and quotes them as the store reports them, and reads the store’s policies. Nothing is copied into doTask, so nothing goes stale. With read_orders granted it can also look up an order by number and the customer’s email.

AI Agent → Knowledge → Products: link a Google Sheet (re-read every hour; rows that leave the sheet leave the catalog) or upload a CSV exported from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or a POS. Columns are matched by name — Name, SKU, Price (“RM 89.90” works), Stock (a number or in stock / out of stock), Category, Description, Link, Image. The assistant searches by name, category and description and answers with up to five matches, their price, stock and link; it never names a product that is not on the list.

TipWrite descriptions the way customers search — what it is for and who it suits — because that is what the search matches on.
