Giving the assistant a persona
Name, tone, what it must never do.

- AI Agent → Behavior → Instructions.
- Write who the assistant is (its name, the business it speaks for) and how it speaks (short, warm, formal). What it must never do, and when it hands off, go under Behavior → Rules, one sentence each.
- Tick “Name the source at the end of an answer” if you want customers to see where a price or a policy came from (“— from our Returns policy”).
- Save. Test it in AI Agent → Playground before customers see it.
TipA persona is instructions, not knowledge. Hours, prices and policies go in Data sources so the assistant quotes them exactly.
