AI Agent → Behavior → Audiences → New audience. Name it and add rules: channel is WhatsApp, country is MY, has tag vip, a contact property, an email domain.
Use it: a rule under Behavior → Rules can apply to one audience; a data source can be limited to one; Handoff can send an audience straight to a person.

Membership is worked out fresh on every message from what is known about the contact, so a customer who gains a tag joins the audience immediately.
