The AI Agent hub

Three jobs, the numbers for the period, and the next recommended step.

AI Agent

The hub shows what the assistant is for — customer service from your sources, bookings when they are on, ecommerce when Shopify is connected — with each one marked on or off, then how it did in the period: how many conversations it joined, how many it resolved without a person, satisfaction, and product clicks.

  • Recommended steps below the numbers are read from your workspace: connect a catalog, choose a tone, configure handoff.
  • Test the AI Agent opens the Playground.

Recommended AI Agent set-up (owners and admins see it on the hub): question sets, proactive roles, rules and an action picked from your business — a clinic gets the new patient intake, an events business the event enquiry, a store the order-not-arrived questions, a cart helper and a rule never to promise a delivery date; returning visitors bring a welcome-back role; conversations about returns bring a rule to hand refund disputes to a person; a chat on your own site brings an order-status action for your own API. Each card says why. Opening one opens its usual form filled in: the question set editor, the proactive role form, the New rule form or the New action form (an action saved this way stays switched off until you fill in your address and token and switch it on). Nothing is saved until you save it. The X hides a card for you. With a business profile, your industry’s set-up comes first: a question set written for it (a new client consultation for a salon, a trial session for a gym, a table request for a restaurant, a stay enquiry for a hotel, a course enquiry for a school, a job quote for home services, a new client enquiry for professional services), the rules it must keep (a clinic: never give medical advice, and urgent symptoms go to a person; a restaurant: never confirm a table without checking; a hotel: never confirm a room; home services: no firm price before the job is seen; professional services: no legal, tax or financial advice), and a proactive role for its key page.
