doTask (https://dotask.io) is a customer-messaging platform for businesses, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur with clients worldwide, and a growth team (ads, content, web) for the same businesses.

The software: one shared inbox for WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, website chat and email, with an AI Agent that answers customers from the business's own website pages, files, Q&A, products and policies — citing the source — and hands over to a person when it should. Around the inbox: bookings (appointments, sessions, stays, pickup and delivery windows) with reminders, order status from Shopify or the business's own system, tickets, SLAs, departments, macros, a public help centre and customer portal, email and WhatsApp broadcasts and automations, newsletters, surveys, analytics and reports.

Pricing (software, Malaysian Ringgit, monthly): Free RM 0 (1 seat, 50 AI conversations), Starter RM 129 (2 seats, 300 AI conversations), Growth RM 299 (5 seats, 1,000), Business RM 599 (15 seats, 3,000). Annual billing gives two months free: Starter RM 1,290, Growth RM 2,990, Business RM 5,990 a year (RM 107.50, RM 249.17 and RM 499.17 a month), paid up front. WhatsApp: the business connects its own number through Meta; a number on the WhatsApp Business app can stay on the app (Meta's Coexistence). Rules the software enforces: Meta's 24-hour customer-service window on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger (the AI replies inside it; a person may reply on Instagram/Messenger for 7 days), WhatsApp template categories and opt-in, STOP/unsubscribe everywhere.
