  • Test as — the channel, a customer (name, contact, tags, properties, country, page) and whether anyone on your team is online. The photo button sends an image with your message, as a customer would.
  • The conversation — start from a scenario (read from your own Q&A, services, question sets, guardrails) or type. Under each reply: the tools it called, whether it handed off and why, the model and cost.
  • What happened — the sources it was given, the rules and question sets in play, every tool call with its input and result, audiences.

It runs the same engine as your real channels. Bookings, waitlist entries, recorded answers and custom actions are simulated — a booking comes back as code TEST01 — so nothing is saved.
