The help center is a public page at app.dotask.io/hc/<your key>. Every source you mark public becomes an article on it, filed under a collection, with search across all of them and a “Chat with us” link at the bottom. The AI Agent keeps answering from the same text, so there is one set of knowledge to keep up to date.

  1. AI Agent → Knowledge → Data sources. Open a source, Manage → tick “Public: widget Help tab and help center”. Type a collection name (“Orders”, “Returns”) to group articles; leave it blank for General.
  2. Settings → Channels → Help center. Tick “Publish”, give it a title and an intro, then Save.
  3. Copy the link or download the QR code and put it in your site footer, order emails or a counter card.

Readers can say whether an article helped and what was missing; the counts appear on the Help center settings page next to each article. A “No” with a comment is usually a source that needs another paragraph.

TipQ&A pairs make short, direct articles. A whole website page makes a long one; split it into a few text sources if readers only need one part.
NotePublic means public: anything ticked is readable by anyone with the link, the same as the chat page. Keep internal notes as sources the AI Agent uses but do not tick.
