Customers

Open a customer (Customers → All contacts → their name). The Overview starts with the client card, Milestones, Household and Refer a friend; the Emergency contact sits in the right-hand column.

Who looks after them

  1. On the Client card press Edit.
  2. Assigned to: a teammate, or a staff member from Bookings › Resources who has no login (a stylist, a coach). Add a second person under Also with when two share a client.
  3. Add their goals in their own words, a target date, where they came from and the day they became a client, then Save.
  • All contacts → My clients lists the people assigned to you (directly, or through the staff resource linked to your login).
  • The inbox shows it beside the conversation as Client of, so whoever answers knows whose client it is.
  • Needs a nudge and the leads board show it too, and can be narrowed to My clients.

Emergency contact

A name, a phone number and how they are related. It is seen by your team only: never shown to the client, never in an email, never given to the AI Agent.

Household

Link a child, a partner or a parent with Add family member. One person is the payer. Tick Pays for a member and, at Checkout, that member can use the payer’s credit (their own first, then the payer’s) and the payer’s packages; the payer’s ledger shows a line naming who it paid for, and voiding the sale puts it back. Nothing else is shared: not memberships, not visits, not forms. Only owners, admins and people with Sales figures set who pays for whom.

A child (a household member marked Child, or a Birthday under the age set in Client settings) signs forms through a parent or guardian: the form says so and asks for the guardian’s own name under the signature, and their Forms tab reminds you to send the link to the guardian.

Milestones

The Milestones card shows their visits and the next milestone, this month against the monthly goal with the streak in months, and the milestones reached. A milestone is celebrated once: the 10th, 25th, 50th and 100th visit (or your own list in Client settings), a year as a client, and each month the monthly goal is reached. Counts reached before milestones were switched on are not celebrated. Celebrate opens your own WhatsApp on a chat with them, or an email, with a note filled in: nothing is sent until you press send.

Each milestone is also the event client.milestone, which automations start from: Celebrate a milestone sends a short note, and Refer a friend sends their own link two days later, once per client. See Email automations.
