Contacts, fields and tags
Everyone who wrote to you, with what you know about them.

CustomersA contact’s page opens on its Timeline: everything that happened with them, newest first, with notes and alerts (see “The client timeline, notes and alerts”). Then Overview: who they are, tiles for the last 30 days or all time (conversations, bookings, orders placed and what they spent, checkouts started and how many were not finished, emails received with how many they opened and clicked, when they were last on your site), the products they looked at recently with how often, their latest activity, and the cards on the right — including Consent: whether they said yes to email and WhatsApp, since when, and how (a sign-up form, a Flow, your team, Shopify). Lists and segments: the lists they are on (take them off, or add them to another) and the segments their details match today. Records and fields: their id, your custom fields and the records your system pushed. Membership and Invoices: what they hold at Checkout and the invoices you sent them. Actions (top right) puts edit, add to a list, merge a duplicate into this contact, stop or resume marketing emails, export and erase in one place.
- Customers → All contacts — every contact; click a name for the full record: details, tags and fields on the left, a timeline of conversations, bookings, broadcasts and notes in the middle, bookings and website activity on the right, privacy actions at the bottom.
- Now live — visitors on your site right now.
- Subscribers — contacts who agreed to marketing.
- Settings → Fields adds properties (company, plan, anything); Settings → Tags adds labels. Both show on the contact and in the inbox side panel, and Flows can set them.
WhatsApp consent is its own column (and filter): Opted in, Opted out or Not asked. It is set by a sign-up form, a Flow’s Subscribe step on WhatsApp, a START reply, a CSV column named “WhatsApp consent”, or by you — only mark someone opted in when they agreed somewhere you can point to, because Meta requires that yes before a marketing template is sent. STOP sets Opted out and is honoured by every send, reminders included.
