Your Google profile
Put a Book button on Google, and keep your hours, services and description right, with the text taken straight from doTask.

CustomersMost people find a local business on Google Search and Maps, on its Google Business Profile. Customers → Google profile checks what that profile should show and gives you the exact text from doTask to paste in: your booking link, opening hours, holiday hours, address and phone, services and prices, a description, photos and your website.
Each check is Ready to add when doTask has what Google needs, Needs details when doTask does not have it yet (a link takes you to the page that fills it in), or Done once you have ticked Done on Google. The score is the share that is done. doTask cannot see your Google profile yet, so it relies on your tick; once Google lets doTask connect, these become one click.
A Book button on Google
The biggest one. With your doTask booking link on your profile, Google shows a Book button on Search and Maps, and people book straight into your calendar without calling or messaging.
- Customers → Google profile → Book button on Google → Copy.
- On Google, search your business name while signed in to the account that manages it, or open business.google.com.
- Choose Edit profile → Bookings, add a booking link, paste it and save.
- Back in doTask, tick Done on Google. Google can take a few days to show the button.
The description
Google allows 750 characters about what you do, for whom and where. Write with AI drafts one from your kind of business, services, address and hours, in Google’s rules: no links, phone numbers, prices or offers. Change anything, save it, copy it into Edit profile → About → Description.
