Customers › Clients lists everyone who is or was a client: anyone with a booking, a package, an invoice or an account line, marked as a customer, or brought over from your old system. Active (the default view) means a package with sessions left that has not ended, a booking ahead, or a visit in the last 60 days; the reason shows beside it. Not active is everyone else: former clients. All is both.

Search by name, email or phone, and sort by name, last visit, next booking, sessions left or most visits. The counts are of every client, however many there are.

Click a client to open their Packages tab: every package they have held, used up and expired included, with sessions left and the date each is valid until (owners and admins can Reactivate one). Their Bookings tab lists every booking, upcoming and past, with the package each session came out of. Invoices and payments are on the Money tab (people with Money only).
