Customers → Google reviews will list every review people leave on your Google profile, with a reply the AI drafts in your voice: thanking people by name, and for a bad review owning the problem without arguing. You read it, change what you like and post it to Google from doTask.

This needs Google to give doTask access to its Business Profile API. doTask has applied and is waiting for Google; until then nothing is read from or sent to Google, and the page says Coming soon.

In the meantime, Customers → Google profile helps you get the profile itself right, and Customers → Reviews asks every visit for a Google review.
