Pricing
Tidio prices the helpdesk, the Lyro AI agent and Flows separately. The helpdesk counts billable conversations, which are those a person replies to. Lyro has 50 free conversations once, then a monthly quota you buy.
doTask has one price per plan that includes the AI Agent. Each plan sets how many AI conversations it covers each month. Past the cap, new conversations go to a person.
Tidio's help centre says WhatsApp in Tidio is for replying to messages you receive, within 24 hours. You cannot start a conversation from Tidio, and the number has to leave the WhatsApp Business app first.
doTask sends approved templates for reminders, order updates and broadcasts, and supports Coexistence, so the WhatsApp Business app keeps working.
Where Tidio is stronger
Tidio's website widget, visitor list and Flows are built for turning website visitors into leads. Its entry plans include 10 seats. Lyro can also run on other helpdesks as a stand-alone product.

Which is better for WhatsApp?
