Pricing

Gorgias prices the helpdesk by tickets, not by agent. Its AI Agent is on every plan and charged for each conversation it resolves, so the AI bill grows with volume.

doTask has a fixed monthly price per plan that includes a set number of AI conversations. A conversation counts once a month however many messages it has.

Gorgias is a mature ecommerce helpdesk. Its AI Agent can take actions such as cancelling orders or applying discounts. It connects to 150+ apps and supports several ecommerce platforms. For a high-volume Shopify brand with a support team, it goes deeper than doTask.
