Pricing

doTask's paid plans run from RM 129 to RM 599 a month, billed monthly, or yearly at ten months' price. The free plan has one seat and 50 AI conversations a month.

SleekFlow's Pro plan is RM 439 a month on a yearly bill. On top of that, each WhatsApp number has a RM 59 monthly hosting fee, and messages are charged per SleekFlow's rate card. The pricing page does not say whether that rate card adds a margin to Meta's price.

Where SleekFlow is stronger

SleekFlow covers more messaging channels, including TikTok, WeChat and LINE. Premium adds HubSpot and Zoho sync, webhooks, a ticketing system and role-based access. Enterprise adds Salesforce, PII masking and multiple workspaces. It suits sales teams with several markets or brands.

Where doTask is different

doTask includes a booking system, a help centre and email marketing next to the inbox. Customers can book a service, class or table in the chat, and get a WhatsApp reminder before it.

You connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's own sign-up, so Meta bills you directly. doTask does not resell messages.
