Booking texts in other languages
Give your booking page, services, questions and team a version in each language; visitors see theirs, your team keeps English.

BookingsBookings → Settings → Languages lists every text a customer reads when booking, with the English beside a box for the language you choose: the page title, introduction, policy, confirmation message, the name on the page, the step headings and button, your words (consultation, practitioner), category names, each service’s name, description and questions with every choice, and each person’s role line and what they look after.
- Add a language: type a code (ja, fr, zh-Hant, ms…) or pick one. If your chat is already translated, Add the same languages adds them all at once.
- Translate: type each text, or press Translate empty with AI to fill the empty boxes in a professional tone. Read them through and change what you would say differently.
- Save: that language is live from the visitor’s next visit. Anything left empty shows in English.
Who sees which language
- The booking page: the language in its link (?lang=ja), else the visitor’s browser language. A visitor whose browser asks for English first reads English.
- The chat’s Book tab: the language the chat speaks, which follows your page’s language (Settings → Live chat → Translations).
- The AI Agent: the language the chat speaks; it lists services and asks questions in it.
- Chinese is matched by script: Hong Kong and Taiwan read Traditional, mainland China Simplified. Arabic, Hebrew and Persian pages read right to left.
Your team stays in English
Answers are always saved in English, whichever language the customer chose them in, so filters, reports and the people who look after a region keep working. A booking made in another language says so on the booking: Booked in Japanese.
