Custom reports on your email

Build and schedule a report on sends, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and revenue — grouped by send, by automation, by A/B version or by mailbox provider.

Analytics → Reports has an Email sends dataset: one row per person per send, carrying every delivery stamp. That makes every rate a share of rows rather than a guess — sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, spam complaints, unsubscribes, and the revenue credited to the send.

The grouping is what makes it useful. By send compares campaigns. By newsletter or automation answers the question that flatters automations and is worth knowing anyway. By A/B version shows both sides of a test over time rather than in one snapshot. By mailbox provider is the one that catches a problem early: when Gmail alone starts dropping, the overall number barely moves.

These reports save and schedule like any other — weekly or monthly to whoever should see them, as an email with the table in it. A Monday-morning "last week by provider" is the cheapest deliverability alarm you can set.

One honest caveat: opens undercount where a reader blocks images and overcount where a security scanner loads them. Compare a send against your own other sends, not against somebody else’s number, and judge by clicks and revenue when the two disagree.
