Settings → Usage shows the meters, each used against the plan’s cap: team seats (members and open invites), AI conversations this month, staff calendars, active flows, contacts, and emails this month. A bar turns amber past 85% and red once over. Below them: conversations, AI Agent conversations and model spend for the period.
Anyone on the team can read it. Raising a cap is the owner’s, under Settings → Plan and billing.
