Operating hours, notifications, your account

- Settings → Operating hours — your open hours in your timezone. Flows can branch on them and the widget can say when you are back.
- Settings → Notifications — which events reach you in the app, in the browser, by email. In the app means the bell in the top bar: opening it shows the last fortnight of those events, newest first, each one a link to the conversation, ticket, booking or send it is about, with anything since you last opened it marked new. A conversation still waiting for a person is pinned above them, because that is a standing state rather than something that happened once. “Notifications when doTask is closed” subscribes this device to push, so a waiting or assigned conversation reaches you with no tab open; on iPhone add doTask to the Home Screen first.
- Install doTask as an app: in Chrome or Edge use the install icon in the address bar; on iPhone Share → Add to Home Screen. It opens on the inbox and behaves like an app.
- Settings → Login — your display name and photo as visitors see them, your availability, auto-away, and your authenticator for two-step sign-in.
- Settings is in six groups — Channels, Inbox, Customers, Team & workspace, Personal, Developer — and the box at the top of the list finds any page by name.
