Expected payments
The money to expect month by month: each client’s package renewal when their sessions run out at the pace they come, membership periods and open invoices. Push a client a month when they are away, or mark them as not renewing.

Sales › Expected payments lays out the coming months (3, 4, 6 or 12), each with its total and what makes it up. It needs Sales figures.
- Package renewals: for each client, their active packages of one kind (the service the sessions are for), the sessions left and their pace, the most of three: sessions used from those packages a week over the last 8 weeks, bookings of that service a week over those weeks, and bookings already made for the next 4. The renewal falls on the day the sessions run out at that pace, or the day the package expires if that is sooner, at what they paid for their latest package of that kind.
- Memberships: each coming period, at its price and add-ons, on the day it is billed.
- Invoices: invoices made in doTask that are still open, on their due date; overdue ones count as due now. Invoices brought over from an earlier system are left out, as their payments live in that system.
- A client with no sessions lately and no expiry date is listed under No sessions lately and not counted until you give them a pace.
- Next month moves a client’s renewal a month later, for a client who is away; press it again for each month.
- Not renewing keeps them in the list and leaves them out of the totals; Renewing counts them again.
- Adjust sets their sessions a week, the renewal amount, how many months to push it and a note. Clear goes back to what their bookings show.
