Coach pay
What each coach is owed for a period: their sessions done, late cancels and no-shows, hours and value delivered, under the pay rule you set for them.

Sales › Coach pay lists every person or place that takes bookings, with their sessions in the period (the same lines as Bookings › Reports), on the same period bar as every Sales page, with Compare with. It needs Sales figures.
- Edit pay on a coach (owners and admins): per session, a share of each session’s value, or per hour.
- Choose whether late cancels and no-shows are paid: each takes a session from the client.
- Pick the period (Last month is the default) and export Coach pay (CSV) for payroll.
Value delivered is the package’s value per session, or the booking’s price when it was not from a package. Sessions with no coach assigned are listed apart and pay no one: assign the coach on the booking.
