Money, packages, sessions and what is owed
Money in, expenses and profit by day, week, month, quarter or year; every package clients hold; sessions by coach, service or client; and client balances, each one exportable as a CSV.

AnalyticsSales (the rail) holds Overview (money in, expenses, profit), Packages and Owed; Bookings → Reports holds Sessions. Overview, Packages and Owed need Sales figures (owners and admins have it; give it to others under Settings → Team). Sessions is for everyone, with the value of sessions only for Sales figures.
Choosing what to see
On Overview, Payments, Takings, Sales by staff, Expenses and Bookings → Reports, the date button at the top picks the period: today, yesterday, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, month, quarter or year to date, last month, quarter or year, the last 12 months, all time, or any days on the calendar (click the first day, then the last). Compare with beside it sets what every figure is measured against: the previous period of the same length, the same days a year before, the same weekdays a year before, any other days, or nothing. Every choice is in the page’s address, so a view can be bookmarked or sent to a colleague, and the back button goes back to the last one.
Overview
The tiles across the top give money in, expenses, profit, invoiced and what clients owe today. Each shows the change against the comparison (green when it is good news, red when not: expenses going up is red) and a small line of this period over the one before. Click a tile for the list behind it. Below, Over time draws one measure at a time, this period as a solid line and the comparison dashed behind it; pick the measure above the chart, switch to bars, and split by day, week, month, quarter or year. How it adds up runs from invoices issued, less credit notes, to money in by where it came from, less expenses, to profit, each line with the comparison and a link. Then cards for how clients paid, the top clients, who owes the most, sessions done by coach, packages sold and expenses by category. Hover any name with a dotted underline to read what it counts and how. The table at the bottom has every period with the comparison, for checking or copying.
The … button beside a page’s title holds its CSV exports and Print, which prints the page without the menus.
Money
Money in counts every payment once: payments on client accounts (including history brought in from another system, and credit a receipt kept), payments on invoices, and Checkout sales by how they were paid (credit spent is not counted again; change given comes off cash). Beside it: expenses (Sales → Expenses), profit, and what was invoiced, which is billed rather than received. The cards compare with the same number of days just before. The chart’s chips switch each series off and on; the table has every period with a total.
Packages
Every package a client holds: sessions left of the total, what it cost, the value still to give, when it was added, when it expires, the last session taken from it and the client’s next booking. Show Active, Running low (choose at how many sessions left), Expiring in 30 days, Used up, Expired, Cancelled or All; search by client, email or package; click a column title to sort. By package totals what each package has sold and earned.
Bring a package back, or change it: open the client (click the row), Money tab, Packages, then Reactivate on an expired or used-up package (Edit on the others). Set the sessions left and the new end date, or No end date, and say why. With sessions left and a date ahead it is Active again and the calendar can take sessions from it. The change, who made it and why stay on the package. Owners and admins; a void package stays void.
Sessions
Bookings → Reports looks back or ahead (Next 7 and 30 days are in the date button). Beside sessions it shows the no-show rate, how clients booked (AI Agent, booking page, live chat, your team) and occupancy: hours booked over hours open for each person or place. Group by coach, service or client, and split by day, week, month, quarter or year. The tiles give sessions done, sessions charged, their value and how many are not marked, each with the change against the comparison; the chart stacks the busiest six with the comparison’s total as a dashed line, and the table gives each one’s change in sessions charged. Done includes clients who arrived; charged adds late cancels and no-shows, the sessions that take one from a package. Not marked are sessions whose time has passed with nothing recorded: mark them on the calendar. With a few periods, a sheet shows each coach across them, which is what paying by session needs.
Owed
Both directions. What clients owe you is split by when each was last seen (a session done, a payment, or a booking still to come), so an old debt from years ago is not read as a live one; click a card to list those clients. What you owe clients: sessions not used on active packages, credit on client accounts, and credit topped up at Checkout.
Exports
Each page downloads as CSV for a spreadsheet or analysis tool: ISO dates (2026-10-03), amounts as plain numbers with a currency column, and one row per period and coach (or per record), ready for a pivot table. Every payment and Every session give one row per record with the method or coach, client and value.
