Your last 30 days in four figures, what needs you now, today’s bookings and a few things worth a look.

Getting startedRead it in the appThe same article opens from Help inside app.dotask.io, beside the screen it describes.
- The cards at the top are the last 30 days against the 30 before: Sales (money in, as on Sales › Overview; for a store that records nothing in doTask, its Shopify orders), bookings, conversations, and how much the AI Agent answered without your team. The chip is the change; the line is each day. Click a card for its report. Sales shows only to people allowed to see sales figures, and bookings only when you take bookings.
- Under the greeting, the jobs waiting for someone, most urgent first: a channel to reconnect, customers waiting for a reply, emails nobody has taken, bookings pencilled in to confirm, and overdue invoices. Each opens the place it is done. When there are none, it says you are all caught up.
- The box in the middle hands whatever you type to doTask AI, the assistant in the top bar.
- Today shows the booking in progress or next and those after it. Click one to open it on the calendar.
- Birthdays coming up lists the customers whose birthday falls between today and a month from now, soonest first, with the age they turn when the year is known. It reads the Birthday field (Settings → Fields; on a customer under Records and fields). Click one to open the customer.
- Worth a look appears when the numbers say something: where most bookings come from, packages down to their last session, and how much the AI answered alone, with what it was missing.
- The set-up line shows the next step until set-up is done (owners and admins).
- On a phone the figures sit in a dark band at the top: tap one to see its 30 days on the chart, against the 30 before (dashed). The jobs are a list with a button on each, and Today and Worth a look scroll sideways.
