Replies: answer comments and DMs by themselves

Someone comments “PRICE” or DMs a code word; doTask answers in public, in their DMs, and can take an email or a WhatsApp number for your list.

Social → Replies answers people for you on Instagram and your Facebook Page. Start from a ready-made reply (Comment LINK, Comment PRICE, Comment BOOK, DM a code word) or a blank one; every line can be changed. The phone on the right shows what people will see: the post, the comment with your public reply under it, and the private message.

  1. When someone… comments on a post, or sends a DM. Pick the account.
  2. For a comment: every post, or only the posts you pick from your latest ones.
  3. Their message has… type the words and press Enter; each becomes a chip. Matching ignores case, punctuation and emoji, and a word has to stand on its own — “link” matches “LINK!!” and “link pls 🙏”, not “blinking”.
  4. Reply in public (comments only): write up to three replies; one is picked at random each time, so the thread does not read like a bot.
  5. Send them a DM: the private message, and if you like, ask for their email address or WhatsApp number. Say in the message what they are agreeing to, and write the line that goes back once they answer.
  6. Turn on. The list shows how many matched, how many were answered and how many gave an address; each reply lists the last fifty, with a link to each contact.

When they send an address back, it is saved on their contact, the tags you named are added, and — if you tick the consent box — it is recorded as permission to email or message them. A reply that has answered a comment or a message does not answer it again, even if Meta delivers it twice. While a reply is answering, the AI Agent stays out of that message so nobody gets two answers; the message still lands in the inbox and a person can take over.
