Pay monthly with no contract, or annually for ten months' price: a yearly plan is paid for the year up front and renews each year. Change or cancel from Plan and billing in the app. Shopify merchants get the same plans in the Shopify App Store, billed by Shopify in USD with a 14-day trial. Prices exclude SST where it applies.

Questions
Yes. The software plans are read from the same price list the app bills against, and the service prices are the ones you check out at on each service page. Custom means quoted after a call, not hidden.
No. You pay Google or Meta directly from your own ad account, which you own. The retainer is our work on it: strategy, creative, optimisation and reporting.
No. Retainers are monthly, and software plans are monthly or yearly; cancel any time from the app or your account page. Projects (a website, an app) are paid once and delivered on a date, with an optional monthly care plan afterwards.
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free: you pay ten months' price for twelve. Starter is RM 1,290 a year (RM 107.50 a month), Growth RM 2,990 (RM 249.17 a month) and Business RM 5,990 (RM 499.17 a month). The year is paid up front and renews yearly; choose Annual on this page or in Plan and billing inside the app. Annual billing covers the Starter, Growth and Business plans; agency retainers are billed monthly.
Yes. Every ads tier includes a doTask workspace: Launch includes Free, Growth includes Starter, Scale includes Growth. Website tiers install doTask chat on the site from day one.
On the software side: an onboarding manager, our team designing and running your campaigns, caps set to fit. On the services side: several accounts or markets, a platform or marketplace, or a scope larger than the top tier. Both are quoted after a 30-minute call.
Meta charges for WhatsApp messages, not doTask: the charges go to your own Meta account at Meta's rates, and doTask adds nothing. In Malaysia a marketing message costs RM 0.3467 and a utility or authentication message RM 0.0564. From 1 October 2026 replies inside the 24-hour window cost the utility rate too, after 1,000 free a month per number. Yes. Installed from the Shopify App Store, doTask bills through Shopify in US dollars: Free, then Starter USD 29, Growth USD 69 and Business USD 139 a month, or USD 290, 690 and 1,390 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
