We don't have a fixed minimum, but we're best suited to brands who are ready to commit to at least one service consistently. We have packages starting from around RM2,000/month and scale from there based on scope.

No lock-in contracts. We work on flexible monthly retainers with 30-day notice periods. We believe the best way to retain clients is to deliver results — not to trap them. Project work has its own timeline and payment schedule.

Most clients are onboarded and producing work within 3–5 business days of signing. We have a quick brand onboarding session, then we're straight into execution. No endless kickoff documents.

Yes. We're based in KL but work with brands across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and beyond. Our team operates across time zones and all communication is available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
